Winners Of Silver Award

Sayers The Bakers is delighted to have just won a prestigious Silver PR award at the CIPR PRide Awards for the Best Use of Photography.

The North West’s favourite bakers beat over 1,500 entries to scoop up the award. At the prestigious event they received the award from ITV North West Tonight presenter Dianne Oxberry at the Manchester Hilton Hotel.

Seizing the opportunity around the Britain’s Got Talent media frenzy Sayers, together with their PR agency Amaze, created a Susan Boyle pizza that not only grabbed national and regional headlines but also generated discussion and debate online, driving traffic back to the Sayers website.

Mark James, Commercial Director at Sayers the Bakers said: “I was “boyled” over by the reactions received and the amount of publicity we got on the back of two hours in the bakery and one photo.
