The majority of the training we offer our store teams is on-the-job. It helps them learn in 'real life' situations, where they have the benefit of our support should they need it. Our Management staff will also receive specific training on stock management, driving sales and motivating their teams, and we aim to address any development needs they may have. We always encourage employees to develop and learn new skills and have teamed up with local training providers to offer NVQ’s to employees in retail.
